Services CoolTone
A non-invasive way to strengthen and tone muscle using magnetic muscle stimulation — no needles, no surgery, and no downtime.

CoolTone uses Magnetic Muscle Stimulation (MMS) to send targeted magnetic energy into the muscle beneath the skin. That energy triggers involuntary muscle contractions that are far more intense than what you can achieve through voluntary exercise — the muscle is essentially put through an intense workout it couldn’t reach on its own.
It’s important to understand what CoolTone does differently from CoolSculpting, which we also offer. CoolSculpting reduces stubborn fat cells through controlled cooling — it works on fat. CoolTone works on muscle, strengthening and firming the tissue itself through electromagnetic stimulation. They target different tissue and solve different goals, though some patients choose to combine both as part of a fuller body-contouring plan.
Results build gradually over a series of sessions as the muscle responds to repeated stimulation — it’s not an overnight change, and we’ll talk honestly with you at your consultation about whether it’s the right fit for your goals.

CoolTone is most often used on a handful of muscle groups where patients want more strength and tone — here’s where it tends to help most.

Strengthens and tones the abdominal muscles for a firmer, more defined midsection.

Builds and firms the glute muscles for a more lifted, sculpted look.
CoolTone works gradually, building on itself session over session — here’s the honest rundown.
You’ll lie comfortably while the applicator delivers rounds of magnetic muscle contractions to the treated area. It feels like an intense workout — you’ll notice the muscle contracting on its own, without any effort from you.
Recovery: Same daySome muscle fatigue or soreness afterward is normal — similar to how you’d feel after a challenging workout. There’s no downtime, and most patients return to normal activity right away.
Recovery: Mild soreness possible, no downtimeMuscle tone develops gradually as you complete a series of sessions, with results becoming more visible over the following weeks. We’ll map out a plan that fits your goals at your consultation.

Good candidates are generally looking to strengthen and tone specific muscle groups rather than reduce fat. We’ll assess your goals honestly at a consultation and let you know whether CoolTone, CoolSculpting, or a combination of both makes the most sense.
